@@DCFGuitar I'm late to the party but I'm from Canada and I buy my supplements from BPN. Shipping is expensive so I place one large order during their Black Friday sale each year. The discount covers the shipping and then some. Not ideal, but it works and I get to support a company I like.

Hey Nick, have you ever thought about Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu as your next challenge after the Boston Marathon? Jiu-Jitsu is a crazy good workout. You learn self-defense (not that you need this being a former Ranger), learn a new skill/hobby, and it's a crazy good full-body workout, 3 birds one stone. It would make for a really good new series of videos too.

I've been watching your clips for a while now Bro! didn't knew you were in the military too. I only came across your clip as I workout as an athlete, but I'm trying to get into military now so I do loads of running which brought me to your videos initially :D I did a 13.70 miles/22 km run two days ago in 1 hour 45 minutes and 38 seconds. what's your thought on that?

Honeslty on my long runs (usually stick to 15 miles every sunday but went up to 24 occasionally) I just do it fasted in the morning then hold out till dinner time when I get 3 slices of pizza and an order of 12 buffalo wings, sometimes theres other snacks involved depending on how much I can get down

Make the breakfast sweet by adding half a banana to 2 eggs with the oats and mix it before, then cook it. Perfect banana pancake to add fruit, yoghurt honey and peanut butter too :)

Hey nick! I'd love to get to 20 miles. Most I've done was 8 or so. Are you doing 10, resting and then another 10? Is that a good way to get there?

I think at this point he is doing 20 straight. I know he was splitting up his longer runs (24, 26 milers) in the Triathlon training though. If you are at 8, the best way to run longer is practice increasing the distances over time. Go 8, then 9, then 10, etc. and gauge it based on feel and recovery. If you want to split, I'd start with 5 and 5 and see how you feel. Splitting isn't a bad way to improve your endurance as a form of workout, but your body would still need to be used to ground pounding for the mileage.

Yo Nick...try cooking the oats in a pot then as it's finishing pour in your eggs. Stir a bit. Add banana or berries as you wish at the end. Look up egg and oats.
