loved this video and it gave me some good cooking ideas! you were probably so hungry at breakfast time because you worked out on an empty stomach incorporating a pre workout snack before you hit the gym might help eb that raging hunger u feel after the gym I usually go for a something super light like a peice of fruit with greek yogurt, a banana, or a spoon of honey as I like to workout 30 mins-1hr after my snack
