@@anotherhulkphd I eat like 300-400 calories, I eat food which have lower calories for example papaya which fills your tummy.. I think 100 grams papaya have like 50-55 calories!! I suggest that you should totally cut sugar.. not even 3 spoon of sugars in your tea or coffee.. it's no good! Do some research on low calorie food and buy the things available in your area.. also.. you gotta do some exercise! Even if you do around 50 jumping jacks and uhmm.. 20 squats ? It will be fine.. I am losing 1 kg - 1.5 kg by this.. and on sunday is my cheat day.. it's not like I eat junk food all day.. let's see.. if I ate cheese sandwiches in breakfast.. I won't be having anything in lunch.. and in dinner I'll have dal roti aur rice whatever I feel like having.. and also I'm a school going student so yeah.. climbing stairs and walking in corridors in zero periods with friends are also included in exercises... don't starve yourself as it can lead to craving and binge eating.. speaking from experience I ate all the oreo cookies and later regretted after searching up the calories present in it.. ALWAYS count your calories.. some people on the internet will say that there are chances you will get eating disorders by that.. but that is what you have to overcome.. if you want to be healthy.. work for it.. sacrifice and do hardwork.. I bet you wanna see your grandchildren and not die at the age of 55 :D
I had cystic acne for more than 10 years. Sugar, fried food, dairy never was a problem. Now i have acne free skin and i love eating those things and never have new acne, unle. Yes every body is different. She can have problems with those that doesn't mean you have all those things problems
For breakfast I have 3-4 eggs and 2 slices of bacon or 4 ounces chicken; no lunch and dinner is 8-10 ounce of fish, pork or red meat; snack 1-2 times fruit, nuts or protein bar … low carb, high protein diet has worked great for body recomposition: more lean body mass and less fat mass

Dopahar mai : dal chawal with salad kuch bhi Sham mai: bahar ka kuch bhi , so called unhealthy Raat mai :dal chawal , ya sabji tarri wali with chawal. U know if u r buying whole wheat bread from stores let me remind u that they add palm oil which is not good for ur health it's better to bake ur own bread and also keep ur cholesterol on check ❤
