Thanks for joining me for todays what I eat in a day! I’ve started working with my dietitian again and am taking it one meal at a time, aiming for 1600-1700 calories a day and 130g of protein! I am also working out at the gym 3 times a week and aiming for 6,500 minimum steps a day! Subscribe if you want to stick around and watch my bridal glow up!

Love the habit stacking reminder.... thank you. Sometimes we try to completly change things all at once. The habit stacking is a better way to do this.

I had rotator cuff surgery on my right shoulder about a year ago and never got my strength back on that side 😢 I am so jealous of your strength on your arm day. Great, great job and all your food looks yummy!! You go girl!

Love your videos always! Are your percentages for fats and carbs pretty accurate or close to goal while hitting close to 39% proteins?

I don’t track any macros other than protein right now! I find that it can become overwhelming when I’m trying to track too many things so I’m just working on hitting that 130 gram protein minimum and be around my calorie goal🤪

How do I know how many calories I need to lose weight?

There are calorie calculators online that can give you a rough estimate but it’s a great idea to track what you’re currently eating for a week or 2 and if you’re maintaining your weight with that then start cutting a few hundred a day which should put you in a deficit!

I’m trying to increase my protein but it adds so many calories …I get 1500 calories a day….do u find that you add more calories by increasing your protein so much?

On this day I had 1590 cals and over 150 protein, finding things that are high in protein helps so you can eat less but still feel full! A pack of tuna is small but has around 15 G protein and 80 cals! the yogurt I had was 12 G protein and 80 cals, Lean meats and some dairy like yogurt and cottage cheese help me the most! Also instead of doing 4oz of meat for dinner I’ll do at least 5oz!
