I think it is very realistic that when you live alone, you do tend to eat out more. ( Or order in!) My husband and I have been empty nesters for many years now, but at first, we would get take out quite a bit. Now we have learned to freeze leftovers. And, you are so right in that if you have a lot of food in your fridge, you will tend to throw a lot of it away because it goes bad before you can eat it! P.S. I am the same way about eggs. I think, for me, it is the smell. That's why I like to put a little bit of ham with them.
All the comments about washing meat are concerning to me. I would never suggest anyone do this! It isn’t necessary and only spreads bacteria. Just simply cook your meat, don’t soak or rinse it. Unless you want food poisoning..
I understand with arthritis, it’s hard to find things you can do without putting too much strain on your joints, as I have it too, and I hated it bc i tried dance, failed bc it left me in pain after and the day after, so had to give up. but swimming regularly is super helpful for exercise, if you wanted to do something not strenuous x love you 💘
I don't have arthritis but I do have chronic pain so I can relate to not being able to exercise. It sucks because I want to exercise so badly! :( but its just not worth it, just makes my pain 100x worse
I can relate with you so well. I have arthritis too and had to give up dance as it puts a lot of strain on my joints especially for the next couple of days.
any tips with having arthritis? I’m literally just moving into adult services, and have my first appointment with them on Wednesday, which was okay until my old doctor left who was going to carry on through adult too, which was annoying. love you x
I didn’t realise you had arthritis! What kind do you have? As a 14 year old who has found that I have post-traumatic arthritis since I was 7 and the doctors forgot to tell me (and possibly rheumatoid arthritis), it’s incredibly empowering to here influencers such as yourself mention it so casually. Im 15 and suffer from arthritis, really badly . I have to be really careful in pe and stuff to make sure i don’t damage myself i guess. I got it from a car crash where i broke my back and 2 legs, but I definitely I agree its really useful to have big influences on a platform like youtube to help with a serious condition.
Sara Long I’m currently working on a grape farm, trust me you wanna wash your fruit and veg 😂 it’s not even the bacteria or pesticides, they’re filthy! After handling them for 10 mins my hands are black 😭
