yo ive just gone through the pain of putting together a quarantine home gym. Checkout ironking uk, they build everything in-house so the only delay is them building it from scratch (10-14 days lead time). They'll paint them any color and do whatever customisations you want. I'm buying a squat rack from them with a pull up bar and using the top bar for a pulley system. as a general point if you go powerlifting rack you can bang all types of accessories on.

If you get a horse stall/stable mat and put the squat rack on top of it you'd safe even more space and could do deadlifts in the squat rack when you remove the safety bars. Stable mats are only around 35 pounds

I think a legpress is very beneficial for a homegym. Because it can be kinda hard to train legs just with basic exercises. There are these days you just want to kill your legs, but your training turns to a core devastation if u can´t use a legpress. So i would recommend a legpress. A rack is always a good decision, i have a fullrack in my own homegym and I don´t miss anything...but somethin to kill legs. An airbike could be a great choice for doing cardio I guess. I really like the vlog style of your video, I´m looking up for some more.
