I think the emotional healing is the toughest part of the raw journey. It can put us through hell at times, and many people just don't want to face it so they go back to cooked foods. It takes work to reach inner peace and emotional stability with all the crap coming up when you stop numbing yourself with sub-optimal food.

I have friends who are models and who have been doing it for years. I'm talking about who model for high end brands. Some of the most humble and smart people I know.
Again, you're just expecting me to have faith in what you're saying. The thing about making a point, is that you often need proof... something that you obviously can't and won't give. (And really can't. Otherwise it would be doxxing) Therefore until these "a lot of other models" start making a point to counter the norm the industry likes to put out, people are going to continue to think people like Alexandria are rare and they are justified in believing so. Nathalie Chamdani amen. You don't need a 4K camera to be enjoyable. A persons personality is key in videos. I could be wrong, but it looks to me like she's using an HDR camera, which is what I use for my videos, and the quality can be really great or kinda bad, but as long as you have enjoyable content, all is well
Always when i tell people i want to eat healthy, they say: you're skinny you don't need to lose weight.. but being healthy is good right? Why do people immediately think that I want to lose weight? Cuz I don't
people sadly tend to stay uneducated and simply stay stupid. getting healthy has nothing to do with losing weight, neither has loosing weight anything to do with being healthy. being skinny does not mean being healthy at all.

Many models of today are beautiful down to earth human beings. The models of the 80s with unhealthy lives and drug addiction are of the past replaced with animal rights activist, vegans even and just beautiful souls as well as faces. Don't judge on stereotypes its an ugly habit. Your ugly thoughts become who you are remember that. I say this to help you not to call you out.

Although I'm wondering--does that zatarans rice have beef or chicken stock in it? Ive looked into those boxed pre-seasoned rice mixes before and very few of them are vegetarian

This really gave me some insight as to what "healthy" looks like. Obviously not EVERYTHING you ate was healthy, but there was a good balance here. You ate PLENTY of foods you like to keep you full and satisfied. I'm trying to lose weight right now, but my "healthy diets" fail a lot because i'm just not eating enough and i'm not eating enough foods that I like. I feel like a lot of people think they have to starve themselves in order to lose weight and be thin, which usually ends up backfiring. No matter how thin you are, your body NEEDS food and a sufficient amount of calories for proper brain and body function. I definitely feel A LOT less fearful of taking in more calories and eating healthier foods that I like :)
I love how real this is! You see these photos on instagram and stuff of these meals and it looks like someone took like 10 hours just to make their breakfast and ppl assume thats how models eat. but i love how this shows the reality, like u obviously eat rly healthy which is great but sometimes if u wanna eat pizza, u eat pizza and you'll drink coke and eat icecream. you've found ways to treat yourself sometimes and still stay really healthy and its inspiring!

If you freeze a banana and then put it in a food processor or something, then add frozen raspberries or something you get an amazing ice cream type consistence. It is delicious and you can feel grat about eating it

I wish I could eat like that to be skinny enough for modelling. I got scouted by a modelling agency and they told me to lose weight. So I did, after three months I weighed 55kg and I'm 1,86m tall. (I kinda looked like a living skeleton looking back). After that the agency just ignored me, I guess I was still too fat. Struggling with my weight ever since. I aspire to be like you one day and leave that behind me
dani238159 I know! I am modeling too but I'm 176 and weigh like 53 kg and my measurements are good. 55kg for 186 sounds very thin though, her bmi would've been 15.9.
That is not a "pretty good weight". That is very underweight for her height. According to her stats her BMI is 15,9. Anything under 18,5 is underweight. Hope you can put that extreme fatshaming behind you one day Caroline and find a healthy happy way :)
Brigée Martinez Have you tried putting a packet of say, apple cinnamon or peach cinnamon, with about a cup of vanilla yogurt and cut up some fruit that you love. My son has Autism and hates the texture of oatmeal and that is the only way I can get him to eat it! lol I dont even cook it I just mix the packet with the cold yogurt and let it sit for about 10 minutes then add whatever fruit you like, or dont, then eat. I swear its pretty great!
My mom is an oatmeal junkie, so I'll have to pass these tips onto her. If she ever makes it like this I'll probably try it but idk if I'll like it! Maybe I will, who knows!
I hate the texture too so i just mix a little bit of oatmeal in with my cereal, like just 1/2 cup of oatmeal with 2 cups of almond milk and some cereal & fruit that way you barely notice its there

my brother showed me how to cook/steam sweet potatoes in the microwave. I always hated how long it took my oven to preheat and how long it took to cook the sweet potato. What I do now is wash the sweet potato, make some cuts with a knife in it or poke some holes in it (huge sweet potatoes I cut in two), wrap them in wet paper towel and put it for 5-10mins in the microwave (time depends on size of potato and performance lvl of the microwave. :) you can also do potatoes or carrots etc. like this. This method has saved me so much time !

That's the first "what I eat in a day" video (and believe me, I saw plenty) where the person doesn't have everything prepared in fancy bowls, everything in a different one. I mean she uses one almost naturally mashed banana, granola from a thorn plastic bag etc. Just like we all do. I love it that she just keeps it real😂

ermmm... everyone's metabolism is NOT exactly the same. You literally learn the factors that determine your metabolism at school in basic level biology :/
Nic Akh 'there's not much difference in resting metabolic rate between individuals of the same size and gender' is a quote from a dieticians website. I know i've taken it as an a level but really metabolisms don't vary that much between different people.
'exactly the same' to 'don't vary that much' ok good, at least it's not the same statement! I'm assuming 'RESTING' (which is a very important word that you missed from your statement) metabolism doesn't take exercise into account, which she clearly does a lot of. Like, you're literally exercising for a higher metabolism. Not to mention how age slows your metabolism all the way down. Also, I cannot ignore genes just like that :/ + I take alevel biology and there's really not that much diet in my syllabus, i'm literally talking about the basics...
