No need to tell everyone youre fat. You recognise that you have a problem then you need to deal with it Start going for walks more often, go swimming, eat a balanced diet. If you have a problem with binge eating then visit a doctor and get some advice. Too many people use obesity to cover up their lazyness.@Momtralife
@@reformbritain233 I can do whatever I please. No shame in being fat. I’m on Contrave with minimal results. Unless you have personally experienced this mind your own. This is meant to be educational. I know some overweight people are lazy, but I am not. I want to do things & eat right. It’s not something I can explain unless you experience it.
I found myself at my most miserable when I was at my biggest. When I lost weight and took care of myself and paid attention to what I put in my body, I felt worlds better. Started doing my makeup, dressing up, and wearing clothes that weren't baggy. This isn't self love, this is just eating yourself to death
I had this mentality during COVID when I gained like 60lb. It was coping, I wasn’t actually happy and had an addiction towards high calorie foods and was too weak to stop it. As a former fat person, I find it ridiculous that lots of media and modern ethics promote a high calorie/heavy lifestyle because it’s literally JUST an addiction. It’s like smoking ads where everyone knows its shitty to smoke but people do it anyways. I believe everyone should be accepted no matter the weight, but I also believe that posts like these are deluded and the creators should take an honest look into themselves.
People can do w/e they want. as long as they"re not a danger to others (like drug addict who can be violent ). As long as they"re harming only themselves who cares really ? And if young people are taking bad influence from these kind of videos, its their parents job to prevent them from watching youtube in the first place
As a fat person I told myself… You have two options, you can try to lose weight, or you will be like THESE people. Losing weight is not fun, but it’s better than this.
There is nothing we cannot achieve with high determination to work. If you care about your health, it is never too late. For a while, I was eating constantly and when I grew up, I realized that this was a bad thing. Please stay away from those disgusting foods and be kind to your body.
I'm still a bit jealous ngl, I lost a lot of weight and I'm skinny but still ugly...i miss the joy of eating anything with no guilt, that's why i envy these people, they might not have health but i don't think by relationship with food isn't very healthy either. I'm always either starving or binging cause i have no time to cook good meals or buy actual fresh healthy food, everything either tastes poorly or is very highly processed and calorie packed so I can't even feel full without exceeding the calorie limit lol life's just like this we can never win, all that's left for us is to pick our struggles
Fat people who are like this just prevents criticizm or just doesnt listen to criticisms at least. Body positivity is just ass and it ruins everyones perception of what a healthy person is.
Girl accepting ur fat and not doing anything about is really dangerous. Being fat isn’t just “ being big or large” it’s ABOUT HOW UNHEALTHY YOUR BODY IS! You can die from being overweight! You might lose the ability to give birth, have periods, walking, running, sitting, standing, stuff people NEED. If your eating habits continue it could mean it’s a disorder and you should get that checked out. NEVER give up because you accept you’re too lazy to do things. PLEASE get the help you need!
bro a skinny girl could eat the exact same things and y’all wouldn’t be going after her! she’s fine with how she looks and is promoting body positivity chill
Nothing positive about health problems associated with being overweight. These are the same people going into hospitals and doctors offices complaining about heart problems, back pain and knee pain.
I find it crazy that when we see a person with alcohol or drug addiction its all about quitting. we never say to them 'hey just love yourself if it makes you happy you do you' but the moment we see fat people with food addictions we are encouraging them to carry on with their addictions.
Bc food is a necessity to stay alive and we instinctively want to eat more of it. Food sex money it’s all addictive but also a necessity and very different from real drugs
If I were you I would : * Add lettuce, tomato to my sandwich. * Add tomato, spinach to my pizza. * Eat noodle with cabbage, carrot, spring onion, tomato. Vegetables and fruits are good for your health.
I was fat for decades. It catches up to you eventually. Aching knees and high blood sugar. Staring diabetes in the face I lost 50 pounds. It's not easy to keep it off but occasional treat meals snd eating out are making it doable.
so y’all get off to the fact that you found your path before others, “wait until she gets… haha” sounds pretty sadistic to me😂 who cares, of course you cared for your health but ngl even if you were fat and unhealthy i wouldn’t give a shit
@@medina4926 it's facts though. I don't come from a priveleged background where i can afford medication for the tons of health problems i would get due to being overweight. I also have my family to support. I know someone who has the same mindset as the lady in the video. The worst part is he has family and now he's suffering from major health problems and insurance isn't enough. And the children have to take whatever job they can find to gather up money for their dad. The lady in the video doesn't have a family other than her husband so i guess it doesn't matter. but if she's planning to expand the family she has to think very hard about her choices.
The problem is not if being big or not, is beautiful or not. The problem is, unfortunately, it is not healthy. Believe me struggling with weight most of my life and the older I get...well, I think you know the ending.
the older you get your weight should be stabilizing and actually declining… why are you talking out of your ass! it’s actually more healthy to maintain weight than to go thru fluctuations
@@jup1t3rsorbit You can be of course unhealthy either way. That is not the issue though here, clearly.Overweight is a massive problem of the modern society and you can twist and turn it and say what you like, it is just simply unhealthy, unfortunately. I was severly obesxe and pretty much in denial 110kg 165cm tall. Then I ended up in hospital with an heart attack at 33 years old. After that it took me months to recover and wasn't able to do much because I was diagnosed with extra stuff that I wasnt aware of...I was too busy defending myself saying it doesnt mean you are fat you are not healthy, I am healthy because...he he inside my body was breaking down. It is normal camon imagine carrying all day long a 60kgs bag with no breaks...if you geet winded in minutes lifting up imagine years, decades. Still I was in denial even after the heart attack, I was too scared to exercise and go on a diet...6 months after the heart attack I gained another 15 kg bringing me to 125kgs. Got rushed to hospital again with a second suspected heart attack, spent 2 weeks in hospital in bed and several weeks at home in bed. Couldn't even wipe my butt that I used to get out of breath. anyway, eventually this mentality will catch up to you. Stop watching fat influencers online, they keep you stuck where you are. Watch videos of people who released the weight and their testimonials. Obese people are not happy, please stop be in denial just to get validation so that you wont make that change. TO LOVE YOURSELF MEANS TO TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF, TO TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF REQUIRES DISCIPLINE. It is a hard work not just physical but mental, but I guarantee you when your body is going to get light your mind will also get light, those dark days, those thoughts, those tears that you shed looking in the mirror...it will be easier. THe sleep apnea, the backache, the knne pain, the varicose veins, the heart palpitations, the high blood pressure...everything gone...it doesnt matter how you got to that stage yes trauma has a lot to do with it, but it is time to let go and move on. I never write on videos like this, but what triggered me is the "I dont care..." a life wasted...if you dont care about your life yourself who will...I am here to tell you that it is possible you canrelease the weight and release that pain but do it for yourself not for others, not for the comments, not for the people, not for validation, not for family, not for love....do it for yourself, for the love you have for yourself. There is no way you want better for you. I wish you well! I wrote this as one that was like you and went through the aftermath and now I leartn to love myself from 125kgs to 60kgs

@@ellyhaerim her husband is probably a feeder considering how small he is and how her mindset is. I’m not calling her obese but being fat and having someone support you not taking care of yourself probably means they’re a bad person. Aka he is obviously feeding her or feeding into her mindset that eating abunch and not caring is okay.
😂😂😂 --- Dude Im traumatized by how fat people eat. I have a friend who WONT STOP EATING and Im researching how fat people eat wondering if maybe its a mental disorder. My friend says hes not fat and maybe thats the problem. HE IS FAT ASF. When hes eating I try to tell him to slow down take smaller bites. He swallows food. Then he uses any excuse in the book besides admitting he has a eating problem. Today I noticed all his cookies were gone his excuse was .. If he doesnt eat them they will expire 😂💀 Then I asked him why does he stuff his mouth when eating he said its not his fault his mouth is BIG 😮😮😮😮 He also said that the burrito was TOO SMALL 😭😭😭😭😭😭 I started to try and copy how he eats but I had to stop I couldnt force food down my mouth. 😲😲😲😲🤣
It’s so dumb to me when people choose poor physical and mental health. They are oblivious to the damage that occurs over time. That’s why in US, I see people in wheelchairs at the age of 50 ridden with obesity and in my country, that’s just unheard of.
I used to be 300 lbs (now 185), and I promise you that there will be a time when you will be faced with the consequences of your choices like I was (it could be diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, infertility etc.). The people who are criticizing your food choices are the ones that are actually concerned for you, and not the ones that are ‘yaaass kween’ing you on. Find the strength to accept that you need to make a positive change for yourself as well as your loved ones.
She’ll cry “why me” in no time. I’m working on my health as well and seeing people like this woman glorifying killing themselves is just sick. I wish you all the best!
As an ex-overweight person, I 100% agree. For me it was the immune system that went down first, I just kept getting colds and flus and yeast infections. Then I felt changes in my heart performance, just a little more exercise or a hot weather outside and my heart would start skipping beats, it was scary. Then it started taking a toll on my mental health. Countless health checks did not find what was wrong with me except that I was outside a healthy BMI range. That range is called healthy for a reason. Everyone saying otherwise is just fooling themselves, being fat is bad for you just like smoking cigarettes or drinking alcohol in excessive amounts. I lost 17 kgs, got into a BMI of 22, and those health issues disappeared.
So I'm technically obese for my height (we're the same weight), I'm almost 40, and I'm in just as good of health as I was when I weighed more, but I maxed out at 230. I hardly ever get sick, my blood pressure and blood sugar are fine and have never been abnormal. Sometimes it doesn't really affect people like you think it does.

Our bodies are so important that the Lord calls them temples of God (see 1 Corinthians 3:16-17; 6:19-20). Our bodies are holy. Because our bodies are important, our Father in Heaven wants us to take good care of them.
I feel like losing weight just to lose weight is very different from losing weight to be healthy, you shouldn't lose weight to make someone else happy or anything but at the end of the day it's your health that matters which should be your main priority.
She doesnt care about her weight, eats fast food all day. Husband: cooks vegetables in futile attempt to get her to care about her health. Dude should dump for someone less selfish and less stupid

@@OctopusH2O maybe to get like obese but if you dont excersize or dont have a physical job then gaining weight can happen regardless. Also some people(minority) have conditions that do make it hard to lose weight
If you eat mainly carbs then its easy to gain weight, thats why we should eat an animal based diet without using any seed/vegetable oil because thAts what causes the cholesterol to be bad, cholesterol itself is vital for the human body
@@OctopusH2O Im sorry to tell you this, but you are wrong, i dont care of you are the most active person ever, if you eat more calories than your body will use, then you WILL gain fat. It is a law of thermodynamics and cannot be argued. It is called a calories surplus, if it is excess calories that your body will not use for hat day, it will then be stored as fat. Even the highest active, fit person wont burn more than 4000 calories in one day. So if they eat 6000 calories everyday they will become fat and eventually obese if they continue to increase calories
Body positivity is one thing and ignoring unhealthy weight is another. Don’t mix the two. I hate that you say that you don’t care about loosing weight. P.S. you don’t need to leave your favourite food for loosing weight.
