Falafel recipe:
250 g cooked chickpeas
1 onion
2 garlic gloves
3 - 4 parsley and/or cilantro stems
½ lemon juice
1 Tbsp Olive oil
2 Tbsp Tahini
Salt
5 - 6 Tbsp Chickpea flour (maybe adding a bit more if the dough is very moist and difficult to form)
1 tsp baking powder
