Yes a Edyn video for the win! Great to see your dad has made it home. Food looks good as always. Question: I see you've amped up your workouts to two a day. Is one low impact and one high impact? I know you've mentioned working out multiple times a day during your previous weight loss journey and it was unhealthy for you. What is the difference now...just courious.

That’s a great question! Honestly it’s still not the best habit for me so I’m trying to keep it at once a day, with the occasional two a day if it’s a class I truly enjoy. The last two a day I did they were both high impact. The big difference now is I don’t have anxiety around not going to the gym, I’ve implemented therapeutic techniques to control that, I’m much more sedentary now working from home so two hours of activity replaces all of the walking through the office I did, and two hours is a max I’ll never go back to the 4-5 hrs i did previously. I was actually wondering if my OG followers would be concerned about the intensity ❤️
