We all love a good ‘what I eat in a day’ video. Today I’m sharing with you alllll the food I ate on my midweek day off. I eat different food every single day, this is just a snapshot of the food I choose to eat. The most important thing is to try to each a varied diet, Rich in plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, as well as whole grains and lean protein.
