These days it’s so incredibly humid in Seoul with one of the longest and heaviest monsoon seasons that I’ve seen in here. So to help cook of in this sticky whether today I decided to make all ice based foods! A big thank you to Liah Yoo for the incredible blender! It is keeping me alive right now! I’ve put her channel address for anyone below who doesn’t know it, her videos are amazing! Also a dish that my overseas audience might not know about is kongguksu, it translates to “cold soy milk noodles”, however the soy milk used is much thicker than the soy milk you drink. And lastly I finally found a bingsu machine to buy! Time to put those blueberries that I bought last week to use hehe

In Spain when it's hot I always crave salads and there's here a potato kind of salad called "ensaladilla" which is great for the summer. Also people love drinking "gazpacho" which is a cold tomato soup, I don't like it, but it's one of the most popular dishes here for the summer. The noodles you've prepared look so interesting and I can't even imagine the flavour as I've never tried anything like this!

가게에서 먹는 빙수는 우유와 생크림을 섞어서 얼린다고 하더라구요 그렇게하면 얼음식감이 덜하고 엉청 부드럽데요! 아마 물이랑 우유를 넣고 얼려서 딱딱했을 것 같네요 그리고 외국인들은 noodle을 차갑게 먹는 것을 엉청 싫어하던데 사라는 잘 드시네요ㅋㅋ

날씨 더우니 사람 없는곳에선 마스크 안써도 된데요 원래 써야하는데 질본에서도 너무 덥다고 안써도 된다했어요 사람 많은곳에서 쓰라고요 겨울엔 사람없는곳에서도 쓰라하는데요 사람없는곳에서 안써서 걸리면 별것도 아니라고 하더라고요 (감기저옫 약먹고 끝날정도라고 들었어요) 원래 사람 없는곳에서도 쓰는게 맞데요 근데 지금은 그렇게 하기엔...

That watermelon puree could really benefit from some lime juice, or Soju. Also, I hope that you arent disposing of your rinds, rather, pickling them. They are delicious that way.

I've been making smoothie bowls because it's so hot and humid here. White peach, yogurt, coconut milk, and honey. It's slightly floral but nice and sweet and soothing. I add some almond, hazelnut, strawberry granola and top with fresh fruit. Lately it's been white necterines, cherries, blueberries, strawberries, and blackberries that I've used as toppings. It's really nice and refreshing and light, which is good for my stomach. I also do fresh fruit, croissants with almond butter and banana, light chicken soup, and fish more in the summer.

When you make the watermelon drink put vanilla ice cream, no ice, good smoothie. Also, Im thinking if you were to put a little nutmeg with the milk it would taste like Alfredo sauce.

한국말을 되게 잘하시나요. 사라님의 채널에 대해서 많이 들었는데 지금 보니까 아주 창의적이고 신선하고 긍정적인 분위기가 있어서 흥미롭고 개재밌네요. 그리고 저와 같은 외국인의 입장에서 사라 씨가 한국말로 구사하시면서 호주... 뭐랄까 억양 / 말투가 없어서 신기혀. 물론 제가 미국 텍사스주에서 왔는데 한국말로 뭔가를 토론하고 있으면 사투리가 안나오지만 호주인의 말투가 더욱 특이해서 신기하더군요. 어쨌든 영상을 잘 봤구요. 만약에 앞으로 우리 채널의 라방에 손님 / 출연자로 나오시고자 하는 관심이 있으시면 알려주세용~ 감삼둥!
