What I love about spring is it is a reminder that there is new life in Christ. The plants bloom again, the sun shines through again, and beauty shines through. I love that it is warmer too!
I am LOVING all the recipes this gives me so many ideas and helps me get a look into what keeping balanced is. I have been struggling with my health, hormones, hair loss, and weight for so long and have felt really lost. I appreciate these glimpses into your life. About a year and a half ago I started eating A LOT of protein. Like trying to 120 grams a day. At first it was great. I was strength training and it made me so strong. However about 6 months in it’s started destroying my gut. I gained 10 pounds, was always inflamed, and my digestion was horrible. I started experiencing sulfur smelling gas, increased bloat, and stomach aches. When I stopped eating an intense amount of protein, all my symptoms went away. I just warn that eating a lot of protein is not good for everyone, and every body is different and can tolerate different things. My body was trying to tell me that it just couldn’t digest that much protein, and I feel 100% better.
I’ve learned if we eat too much protein in one meal our body can’t handle the load and will turn the rest to fat or try to get rid of it thru our toxin pathways. I wonder if this idea caused any of your symptoms

Being from Arizona, we do not have harsh winters and enoy lots of sunshine and outdoor time in the winter months….However!! Spring means warmer weather which means lake season is beginning! So excited to be able to get back to our local lakes to wakeboard and wake surf ☀️🕶️🏄🏼♀️🚤
Mine and my hubbys 11th wedding anniversary is what um excited most for! It's Saturday, March 30th. ❤ We actually got married at 17 and 19 years old. 😊

I'm always excited for spring, because it has been my favorite season since I was a child. I love watching the days get longer, the grass turning green, flowers blooming, and the trees slowly leafing out, the world coming back to vibrant life. This year I am particularly looking forward to the campgrounds opening back up, so I can go camping and hiking in the mountains with my dog, and I'm also looking forward to going strawberry picking, although here in Virginia that won't be until May or June!. 🌷🌞
I've always loved Spring because my birthday is in April.....but since moving across the country from Nebraska to South Carolina I have enjoyed spring even more. The FLOWERS here are blooming like crazy already and it just gets me excited with the opportunities God places in every new season. I feel ready to bloom 🥰
I am also very happy and excited for the longer days! Getting up in the dark has been hard, but being able to workout outside with the sun out still has been amazing!

I am most excited for spring because of the sunshine and it being one step closer to summer! It’s been so rainy and cold where I live, and I need that sunshine to thrive! I also graduate from cosmetology school in spring, so I am excited for that!
I’m SO excited about getting back to my local farmer’s market and all of the great vendors with their fresh goods! Plus, being outside more, long walks, smelling the flowers and enjoying local festivals is truly the best. I was born in the winter months, but I’m definitely a spring and summer lover!

Cambria I still make a juice you shared years ago. It has beets, carrots, apples and lemon and it’s my favorite juice 😊🩷🫶🏼 I can’t wait for warmer weather this spring and starting my garden. I’m planing on growing my own pumpkin patch for this fall 🎃😊
