This is what I eat in a day for stable energy, stress support, a fast metabolism and vitality. I ate to be skinny for so long and it destroyed my health. I was 100% malnourished, running off of cortisol and wow did I suffer. I feel so much more free, energized and happy now. I hope you can too!

RECIPES
Gut-healing Gummies
1 c @lakewoodorganic pineapple juice
1/2 c organic orange juice
1/4 c coconut milk
3 Tbs @greatlakesgelatin gelatin...I use juuuust under 3 T(more like 2 1/2T) for a softer gummy
2 T raw honey
1. Pour all the juice and honey into a pan, don’t turn the heat on yet.
2. Sprinkle the gelatin evenly across the top, let it sit and “bloom” for 2 minutes.
3. Then turn it to medium-low heat and warm it up to help the gelatin dissolve in the juice(just until it starts to bubble around the edges of the pan).
4. Pour into glass Tupperware or gummy molds, put in fridge and let it form(about 4 hours).
Butternut squash soup
1 butternut squash, peeled and quartered
1 onion
2 large carrots
4 cups of chicken bone broth
1-2 t celtic sea salt depending on the saltiness of your broth(I use a lot of salt, lots of good nutrients!)
*I keep it very simple and doctor it up differently each day to keep my taste buds guessing! Bacon, maple syrup, rice, pasta, organic cheeses, get creative. This is just the best base I've created!
1. Add all ingredients to an Instant Pot
2. High pressure for 20 minutes(I just press the soup button, put it to 20 mins)
3. Release the pressure and blend.

I LOVE your channel!!! It’s my favorite! As a fellow mama who loves Jesus, wants to glorify Him in all I do, has 4 littles, and is healing my metabolism and wants to live out John 10:10 abundant life I’m cheering you on and thankful for your encouragement, Sis!!! Keep it up!!! PS- do you have a favorite cookbook or source for recipes? All these look sooo good. I’m so glad I found your channel, someone who struggles and is seeing a naturopath about adrenal and hormonal issues this is a breath of fresh air. Also the minimalist part makes me happy because I’m trying to go that route.

Yes!!! Love it!! I got off my thyroid and progesterone and got my cycle normal again by eating prometabolic!!! Intermittent fasting, eating “paleo” and allllll the supplements and such burned me out. I found healing through simply nourishing my body prometabolically and of course through God’s grace. 💗🙏

I suffer from a lot of gut issues😕 - IBS and gastritis (which can really make you sick - i feel sick everyday of my life😔, reeaally sick and tired of being sick and tired). Seems like you've got this gut health thing figured out perfectly. I think i can learn how to heal my gut here on your channel. This is a light in my dark tunnel!!

This was amazing!!!! Absolutely love all the nutrition tips and especially the recipes!!!!! Please make more of these videos. So much good information here!!!! Yay! I am making these recipes for sure. By the way…I really enjoyed you showing the raw real deal with the kitchen mess lol…moms that eat and feed their kids healthy food coking at home-!this is the real reality :) I love a clean organized house and kitchen but we also make good use of of our kitchen 😊

Loving that, as I attempted to watch this first time round (small human interruptions!) Thank you 😊 Also in your soup recipe what was the protein/fat, it looked like coconut cream maybe but couldn’t tell, did you add bone brothers or was it just the olive oil? Also with the benefits of raw carrots, would that apply to raw carrot juicing also? So happy to learn more about all this 😍

Yep it was homemade bone broth that I added. And when I eat that, I normally add a bit more protein in the meal (salami, ground beef, turkey slices, a bit of cheese, etc). Fat was a bit of the coconut milk I added and the drizzled EVOO. Sometime I add butter, just depends on my mood!

I just made the soup but couldn't find a delicate squash so I did acorn squash instead. It's so good! I'm going serve it to my toddler tonight with noodles like you did! She doesn't like veggies so I'm hopeful this will be a good healthy meal for her! Thank you for sharing!
