Why should some one consume rice, I think rice contains less fibres more of carbohydrates and calories. Millets are better option.

I have a question - Please answer . Aisa bohot dietitian ya fir bohot log kehte hai ki before sunset dinner kar lo .. chahe wo 5 pm bhi ho .. 7pm se pehele khaa lo .. 8 pm se pehle .. Do you really think ki eating at 5 pm or before that , if we have our dinner so extremely early , don't you think humlogko firse bhook lagega aur zada baar lagega ..?? Kya is tarha se weight loss ho sakta hain ??? Kyuki mujhe lagta hain ki is tarha se itnaaa jaldi dinner karke weight loss nahi hoga ulta shayad do aaur baar bhook lag jaayega , as a result weight gain ho sakta hain. Aaur agar utna pehle dinner karke itna zada hours till next day breakfast hamara pet bhookha rehta hain. Usse toh mere khayal se aaur zada harm h body ke liye . Hi anwesha . Right now m doing a calorie deficit diet. Light to moderate exercises like Bipasha aerobics dance workout or yoga for 30 mints. M not feeling any weakness and my weight is gradually reducing. Is calorie deficit diet good for health?

Hello so I've lost 25kgs it's has a year in this month may 12 2021 & I usually used to have only paneer...and I got some issue in my report saying my C reactive protein was 41.7mgs/ltrs and now I have Chapati though I'm still in my weight loss journey so I just wanted to ask if I can have a lil bit of rice at the night or once in 2days

If u eat ur main meals right, u wont have unnecessary cravings. Also plate ur foods well. Right balance of Carbs, protein, fibre & healthy fats in atleast 2-3 meals/day. Also, a lot of thing matters. Ur sleep cycle being one, ur hormonal imbalance can be another reason for it.

Didi I have been detected with pcod last week doctor told me to loose my weight . My hormones are imablanaced . I was very depressed in last year and even this year also. Still I am trying recover and also I lost 1 kg in 1 week and I have to loose 13 kgs more..please guide
