I love watching what I eat in a day videos for meal inspo, so easy to get stuck in a rut with what you cook so I find it interesting seeing what meals people are putting together 😁 I’ve been losing weight too and one thing I’ve found really helpful (I’ve been guilty of getting obsessive with weigh ins in the past) is only weighing myself every 4 weeks, that way I’m in the same stage of my cycle and I feel it’s more accurate. I find weekly weigh ins disheartening when it comes to my time of the month because I’m always bloated and heavier even if I’m sticking to my calories 🍽️

From the looks of it, the “Bulgur Mix” is couscous. So you probably don’t want to have it with your ravioli, unless you’re carb loading.

If you peel and boil your turnip try stabbing it with a fork and putting it in microwave it goes like a jacket potato so much easier 🥰

I love those fruit pouches too. I started buying them for my baby but after trying one, I get them for myself too. They are just pureed fruit, just marketed towards babies. Also have you considered your mood changes may be down to your dietary changes? I've been actively trying to cut down on sugar because I am addicted. It's played havok with my mood.

Do you know why herons it's so cheap, are they at the end of their shelf life like motato? Nothing wrong with that just curious lol. Going to try those fruit pouches. Have you tried good earth energy drinks? I find them to be great natural energy boost xx

Absolutely love your videos & no hate I just had to say, that veggie you called a turnip is actuallt a Swede (to be honest idk how to spell it) turnips look the same but are white. I remember Swede are yellow because there’s a w I’m in & yellow ends in that haha! I woke in a Supermarktes hence why I needed to know ❤
