Yeah blkul galat hai mai ssc prepration ki time khana pina acha se nahi karti thi jo milte the wo e kha jati kam khati kavi jada khati kuch ata pata nehi tha mere khane ki..uske bad eysi bimar par gayi to mai samjhi ki exam wagera ayega jayega sab se pahle health hai health thik hai to exam achhe se thik ho jayga
Although not like you but still when i was preparing for 12th boards this year tbhi I didn't had potato , heavy full filing dishes and not lassi and it helped me with my energy levels . And obviously if menstrual cycle is disrupted in some way it can happen it's very common.

Aap bata rahi ho ki aapka padhne ka man nahi ho raha. Ye aapke sath nahi sab k sath hota hai. Mera sath jab Aisa hota hai to me ye sochti hun ki bas ab mujhe koi exam nahi Dena sab bandh. Aur 2 days me sara alas chala jata hai aur fir se track par aa jati hun. Basically dimag ko ullu banana padta hai. Aur ye normal hai jab exam date near ata hai, fear ki wajah se stress ho jata hai. Aur specially Aisa tab jyada hota hai jab, aap already ek ya usse jyada bar exam de chuke hai aur score nahi kar pate, to ye sab hona normal hai. Bas kuch din yahi socho aap ki aap exam de hi nahi rahe ho aap apna career kahi aur hi bana rahe ho ye exam vexam kuch nahi, aur ye soch k chil karo. Dekhna kaise 2-3 din me wapis padhai ka man karega. Try karna bahut effective hai ye....
@@MyBagpack ha to hojao lazy, kitne din lazy rahoge? 4 din 5 din. ? Actually problem laziness ki nahi hai, problem exam k pressure nahi jel pane ki hai, jo hame yahi lagta hai ki laziness hai. Par koi bhi insan kitne din Bina kuch kiye baithega? Ho sakta hai koi 1-2 din jyada free reh le par bad me to wo back to track ho hi jata hai.
@@MyBagpack School college me hame ye chiz feel nahi hoti kyunki tab ham Roz school jate hai aur Roz sabse milte hai, aur sab ka pattern same rehta hai, aur waha exam date 10-15 din pahele ate hai aur utna time hi hum sincere hoke padhai karte hai. Aur jab aap specially time nikal ke competitive exam ka preparation karte ho to kabhi kabhi bhatkav aa hi jata hai. But apke liye + point ye hai ki aap ki clg khatam k bad aap turant ye kar rahe ho bich me koi gap nahi. Baki un logo ko halat bahut kharab hai jinke gap aa jate hai. Wo routine ko accept hi nahi kar pate....
Ok for this problem try pomodoro for few days ur productivity will be increased And try not to get in bed during ur free time and stay far as much as u can from mobile and social media for few days this stuffs just drain ur energy I am sharing this from my own experience
Ap ko weakness vi hota hoga kuuki apka age to badh rha h lekin apke khane ka quantity Kam apko aur nutrition chye please khane pe dhyan dijiye or jha tk rhi padhai ki bat Sach me padhne ka MN nhi krta mera vi nhi or exam time to bilkul nhi sirf neend ata h😂 or stress ka to pucho mt bhut tension hota h or didi tension bagera km Liya kro dhyan do tension insan ko khtm kr deta h mehnat kro apne ap fl milega khuch vi ho pr tension or stress mt lena ye mera experience h iske karan or padhne ka MN nhi krta 😊😊 please take care

i also think so ... nazar lgi hai ... because someone said to my friend is ye ab serious pdhai kr rhi hai and after that... mujse ek din pdhai nhi ho pa rhi h
