I must tell you guys...eating at a dorm is not easy but you can make it work!
Also, skincare can be made easy during these times when it's hard to visit professional salons and get facials. All you need are the right tools! One of my favorites is the UFO 2 by FOREOSweden.

what I eat in a day at college! each day is different and it is important to being eating and staying on top of eating full meals while at school. I know it can be hard living away from home where maybe making food or getting food was easier but we are all in this together! I love you all and appreciate all of you!!

Ellie, I just want to say how much I appreciate you showing yourself ACTUALLY fueling your body and eating enough. You have such a large platform/ impact on so many young girls, and it makes me so happy that you promote a vegetarian diet, eating what you want/ when you want, treating yourself, balance, etc.

@@amirahelechi7113 I think it's some kind of bot. A computer program generating comments automatically, pretending to be a real YT user. Maybe there is an error in programming and that's why it puts that same comment everywhere. Maybe it's working as designed. Who knows? Maybe those people who created it. Automated, fake comments increasingly make YT and other platforms harder to use and navigate. Of course, ToS do not allow the operation of such programs, but it's done anyway. One should be aware of the existence of bots like that when using any social network, especially RU-vid.

Ellie, I just spilled coffee on my white rug. Was so upset!!!! Looked online and saw this: if you add 2 cups of hot water, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of blue dawn dish soap it will clean up the stain. I didn’t think it would work until I tried it as a last resort!! The stain is practically gone now. I know it might be a hassle to get the ingredients for it but it’s worth a shot!!

People need to remember that someone cannot cater their videos / eating habits to certain people's triggers. If you know you are triggered to What I Eat in a Day's then simply avoid them all together. Ellie should not be responsible for what is triggering to you. Im not trying to downplay people's issues but I keep seeing comments about TW.

Agreed! And to the same people who always have something to say about what someone else is eating or how much they’re eating. We all have different diets & nobody’s body is the same. I’m always seeing people say that others are encouraging eating disorders when these videos are just simply what they eat in a day, & are typically highly requested from subscribers. If people get triggered easily, they should have never clicked on a video based on what someone else eats. I believe that’s 100% on the person who chose to watch!

When you’re done cooking rinse with hot water and then slowly lower the temp to gradually cool the pan. That way you don’t leave it in the kitchen to cool.

You should just cook a bunch of meals in the back house & meal prep! Then just add an extra mini fridge in the dorm if you need space and reheat in a microwave

BabyZineb I’m from Australia and no I it’s a bit different actually. Its more commonly called university rather than college and pretty much every university (at least where I live) doesn’t have dorms for people to live onsite. Most people live at home and have to travel to uni every day for their classes. Hope this helps :)

Hey Ellie! I just noticed something in your video that I thought might be helpful to know. When wearing masks try not to pull them down to your chin because all of the stuff/bacteria on your chin would transfer on to the inside of the mask. Instead, I would take one side of the mask off of your ear or to take the mask off entirely. I don't want to seem like one of those critical people, I just thought this would be helpful! Keep up the amazing content :)

When I was on campus I would make 3 days worth of food and have it prepped so I only had to cook twice during the week! Also for dishes I had a basket with soap and a scrub brush that I put them in to take to the kitchen!

THOSE BEAN CANS IN AMERICA ARE A THING, Y'ALL!!!!!!! When I lived in The States for my Exchange I had SO MANY problems opening those damn bean cans. Or any cans, actually. In the Netherlands, we just have easy opening rings that make it sooooo much quicker (and less frustrating) to open ANY sort of can. I feel ya, Ellie. I'll send you some cans from Amsterdam.

Chick-fil-A actually has some gluten free friendly things like the fruit cup, kale crunch salad, and Amy of the other salads you can get without meat cheese etc. the fries are also gluten free and most of the sauces

life hack! make a BUNCH of mini waffles at once and you can re toast during the week for an easy breakfast! i do this and it saves me so much time when im running late. my mini waffle maker is my life 😂😂😂

I’ve noticed that you have trouble with your dishes girl! I would totally invest in like a large plastic basket to put all your dishes in at once! So you can carry to and from your dorm room. And carry your own dish towel to dry them too! Because you can still carry all your materials in it as well.

not sure if you can have these, but you should get a mini toaster oven! it’s great for toasting bagels and bread, but you can also bake your mushrooms and other foods in there straight in your room

Hey Ellie! I understand salad packs are very easy, fast and comfortable, however they are not the best option for the environment since they use lots of unreusable single-use plastics that could be easily avoided just buying the separate stuff for the salad. Just a little FYI, but I relly appreciate you and I'm sure you're not doing it on purpose
