What happened to the calorie counting? 😂 Even on keto are you tracking all ingredients? Just a cup of heavy cream alone is probably almost 1000 calories lol. I guess I’m just wondering bc keto is so high fat and I’m back and forth between low cal and keto and stalled hard, it just doesn’t work for me doing both or I think I need less than 1500 calories… :/ #strugglebus
