நான் பேலியோ டயட் கடைப்பிடிக்கிறேன். இந்த டயட் Weight loss, blood pressure, diabetes, women's - PCOD, infertility ஆகியவற்றை சரி செய்ய உதவுகிறது. காலை 4 கோழி முட்டைகள் ( அவியல், பொறியல்) , மதியம் 1/4 kg காய்கறிகள், இரவு 1/4 kg அசைவம் மற்றும் இவற்றுடன் 3 lit water , 1 lit lemon water, 3 பெரிய நெல்லிக்காய், 2 கொய்யாக்காய் எடுத்துக்கொள்கிறேன். ( No carbohydrates and sugar).
