I never tried that w quinoa but now im gonna! you can do so much w quinoa and that's why I love it cuz not only is it a healthy grain, you can mix it with veggies, or my fav bowl just spinach (or arugula), stove top cooked ham bits, mushrooms and onions and garlic with a couple scrambled eggs mixed in some soy sauce so kinda like house fried rice just without the rice w feta cheese on top. been meaning to find more quinoa ideas so now I got this one I'll try it!

If anyone gives you a hard time about the quinoa breakfast bowl you make, don't listen! Because quinoa is so good for you and full of nutritional value, I will try it even though I've never heard of it lol!

Its really easy too cook rice wash it then put it in a saucepan with enough water to cover the first line on your finger stir it occasionally untill all the water is cooked then you have rice
Cook more food, leftovers ale life. And it's that feeling, when you know you have food left in your fridge and you don't have to cook. Also buy an airfryer, it's even better than oven. Love your vids 😍

I just wanted you to know that Abby (the dietitian) wasn't being negatively critical of what you ate , she's an amazing dietician ,she usually makes videos reacting 'influencers what i eat in a day' to since a lot of views are young and impressionable, she's making sure they don't glorify influencer diets, so don't take that personally! loved the vlog as always !!❤
