I dont recommend counting calories nor macros. Just eat a lil bit less than last time until you reach your desire results. Its all will power

In my day, and maybe Good Money's?, there was this saying the government started in conjunction w/ a "healthy" eating campaign: "you are what you eat". I've come to learn that's half right.

I have the smallest body too, but if I eat so much food my belly will get big and I will not see my abs.

Thats where not just working your abs consistently comes into play but also cardio. If you have a fast metabolism it is indeed possible to turn those calories into lean muscle but you must be cognizant of how each food works in targeting the muscle group you wish to see progress in.

@@Be.authentic_ thanks to reply I work my abs 5 days a week and sometimes 2 times for the day, I do a lot of cardio, I jogged 6 miles 3 days a week. I have abs, but it seems like it gone when I eat too much food

​@MilitaryX1 I gained some lean muscle and lost 30 lbs. Chicken breast, eggs , broccoli, carrot, and onions! Now I'm trying to bulk, so let's see what some carbs do.

​@grassroots5505 incorporate weights into your stomach workout. Can't just be doing sit ups and shit. Put a heavy plate on your chest and do some slow negatives wit some Russian twists.

@@grassroots5505 if you're not on gear then yes it is hard to maintain a perfect core. You must take into account that if you're not on gear then water weight and or any other foods in your diet my be hindering your desired results. To find out what works and doesn't track how your abs respond when you train them, eat your foods to sustain your abs, and how they look the next morning and during your recovery time. Though similar because we are all human vessels our bodies will not reapond entirely the same when we eat certain foods. You're clearly getting more than enough cardio in so i suggest to keep experimenting with different foods. I would specifically recommend more fruits and veggies and light weight meals before you go to sleep. You want to be full yes, but not bloated. Also if you're eating meat and big trans fats this is also a great contributor in the core not being up to par. Experiment with different core exercises as well. ​@@raheemwilson894 Not until i combined weights with my calisthenics and cardio routine. Ive always done Calisthenics but never had the definition. In combination with eating more it took me 3 months to put on 15 more pounds of consistent no water weight muscle. I was training literally every single day multiple workouts.
