I am currently in maintenance mode where I am working on building muscle, not losing weight and giving my metabolism a break from being in a calorie deficit. We (Mark & myself) are in week 4 of Nicole's Reverse program and she has me set at 2,600 calories this week. Only 2 more weeks until the next shred starts!
