I used to be frustrated with waiting for my green burros to ripen for my smoothies. I have been planning on experimenting with them going to also use them as a substitute for potatoes.

just made some and I am SO GLAD .... I have been dying to find an alternative to cream of wheat... I tried quinoa porridge, teff porridge., but THIS green burro banana porridge matches the consistency PERFECTLY !!!!!!! idk if you are fully alkaline but cinnamon or star anise isn't on the nutritional guide, I'm not fully alkaline so I used regular cinnamon
Green bananas must give this porridge 🥣 a good exotic taste why do most use green bananas over yellow ? ISnt green less sweet ? Your porridge looks so good by the way

Finally found burro bananas... made the porridge. That’s for the recipe. I used 4 burro. Anyone who tries this. Go easy on the cloves. I used the 1/4 tsp but will use less next time...I also used 8 dates. Didn’t have the star annaise (sp). Used frozen fruit. Will make this again.🥰🥰
