Masha Allah ❤ Even My mom made us to have a habit of eating fruits first slowly and then offering namaz and later say total about 20 Mins after breaking fast eating other items ❤ ❤❤❤❤ and thus me you don’t feel bloated or full…. Also it helps the food the digest well….. try it once you get will feel the difference ❤❤❤

Aur Na Mehram ke saamne Fully covered hona chahiye. True we have this rule pehle fruit khatam karo phir fry cheezein once i went to my frnds house for iftar and she just gave me fried food as she doesn’t like fruits and it was so irrational for me i was like fruits kaha han 🤣
