I haven't done one of these videos in a while so I filmed everything I ate in a couple days while working and during a day off. I would say this is pretty realistic in what I cook at home as I keep things pretty simple especially during the warmer months and on busy days 😊 it so happened that I went out for dinner both days I was filming as one day we went to a concert and it was really late at night and the next we had dinner plans with some friends. overall I feel really happy and balanced with the way I think and feel about food and that's always a lovely mindset to be in.

My grandparents were from Italy and they use to make a similar tomato salad. Such simple, yet super delicious ingredients! I'd always go back for a second serving when they made it.

1:23 as good as drinking water is eating foods high in water content, like watermelon and cucumber. This might help! Herbal teas are good too. (With honey)

We eats the same tomato salad 🥗 but with lemon on it 🍋 and with white rice and fried fish 🐟 this is our traditional dish in Qatar 🇶🇦 and also traditional oil mix with rice 🍚 love you and love your video keep going🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍
