here comes the first WHAT I EAT IN A DAY video in NYC! 🍎 now that our kitchen is 90% stocked up and organized, I am so ready to share some easy and cozy fall recipes I will definitely be keeping on repeat. I hope you found some inspiration from these recipes 💗

*I was missing some ingredients so I substituted the rosemary for fresh parsley, the white wine for apple cider vinegar (slightly less), the heavy cream for coconut milk, and the orzo for couscous

Fun fact, the bag you just showed of the Cuscos it’s not what it is. As a Israeli, we eat that all the time it’s a traditional food here, but what you made is also a traditional Israeli food called- Ptitim. Americans always get mistaken about this two lol I just was surprised that even the shops are.. LOVE YOUUU❤❤

Everything looks so nice!! I would like you to try my “Miso eggplant” recipe!It differs somewhat from what you made. I make miso sauce(mix and simmer miso, sugar and mirin until thickened ),and put it on the eggplant (fried or shallow fried ).

Quick and Easy trick to juicy meatballs (even slightly overcooked)… Grate a little onion (yellow or vidalia) just like two or three tablespoons… into the meat mixture… you won’t have an onion taste, they’ll sweeten the meatball naturally and keep them extra juicy… especially chicken and turkey meatballs 😘 when you ball them up, have a bowl of a little salter water (only for chicken and turkey)… bowl of water (dip your hands), shape the meatball… repeat…. Trust me! Learned that from a food network chef!
