I would say my go to would be melitinia(I can't explain what exactly a melitini is but it's like a mini cheese pie I guess), or tyropita or kaseropita or Greek yoghurt with honey (my favourite breakfast)
when I was deep in my ED disorder, no matter where I traveled, I refused to try any new foods because they were scary and not on my "safe" food list. Now Im so happy that when I travel, I allow myself to try new things!!! EVERYTHING YOU ATE LOOK SO GOOD
i went thru the same thing! wishing i could go back in time to enjoy the food my nana made when i was visiting but now that im recovered i’ll definitely eat my heart out when i can travel again! wish ya the best elle!

Food. Food. Glorious food 👀😋😁. The view the villa, the beach,location, people and culture looks amazing 🧡. I could live there I feel I would be the one who is at the bakery literally every single morning and evening especially if its in close proximity 😁. I love pastries and food in general. I have to say the voice over grant did on the hiking part hard me 🤣🤣
Just starting watching. OMG I can't believe the amount of food your consuming and still looks fabulous, healthy and happy. How do you do it? Your villa looked amazing and views were spectacular, the food looked plenty good as well. That bakery shop, yum. I would have felt sick after 2 cakes and put on about half a stone 🙃 😩 your obviously loving life. You must work out a lot x
She has a very good metabolism, genes count a lot and steph definitely has very good one’s.BUT she is active, living stress free (at least in what we see) and she is working out! Please dont compare yourself to others. You are beautiful the way you are!!
@@pennylane8936 I wouldn't think she did eat like everyday. I just wanted to know her secret. She has a figure to die for. I've struggle with my weight all my life, seeing her eating that much and looking fabulous, just wanted to know what she does to stay looking that good. Maybe I needs to watch her from the beginning. I know also some people can eat what they want and not put weight on. I wish that was me sadly not.
@@stellaasmrandrews985 believe me, I feel you. I've been overweight until 7 years ago. My whole family is. A mediterranian diet helps a lot (fish and a lot of veggies and eating everything in moderation). I also spent some time in France and french people generally just eat in smaller amounts and healthier (less Salt). Also they drink less alcohol. I still don't think she eats all the food ahe shows or she works out like crazy on these days. Unless she is a superhuman it's just not possible. I don't want to hate on her, btw, I love her videos

It really was!!!! hahaha Grant just sent me a whatsap telling me that his watch says 30k on the day of the hike!!! Luckily I have a very numbersyyy boyfriend 🤭

Ive always been a morning person and a night person.. but i pulled all nighters for exams continuously for a month (thank you kov for messing up schedules ) Honestly , ( thank you coffee and white monster) ..
