I LOVE how down to Earth this video is. I recently went vegetarian and my main tip is do not do it cold turkey (if you eat meat often). I used to eat a fair amount of meat and quit cold turkey and got oh so sick from it.

I love the bread pudding recipe. its super versatile sometimes I switch out the pumpkin flavor for sweet potatoes and add ginger, Cinnamon, flaxseed or crushed macadamia nuts sometimes I will throw white chocolate chips in there sparingly and a few other spices it's pretty good. honestly depending on what I ate for the day will depend on how little or how much I add to my little bread pudding recipe but it's definitely a must-try.

Riley, the best type of tidepod dinner is when you put exactly 10 pods on a bowl, then you add some tide on top, then you sprinkle some cut up fabric softener and a pinch of cut up laundry.
