In Karnataka we eat Rice with Saar(rasam)or Huli(Tangent Sambar) and also we eat Ragi Mudde(mostly in rural Karnataka) with sopp Saar(rasam with leafy vegetables) Ragi mudde is the most Nutritious lunch in India Ragi mudde is Ravi Balls BTW.. And Of course we eat Mosranna(Curd Rice)with Pickle And that's our lunch like everyday I guess only the types Saars and the Hulis may change everyday

Honestly speaking shed your oats recipe is amazing I tired oats many time but I doesn't like it taste because I boil the oats with milk but following your oats recipe adding just hot water then adding milk or yogurt it taste yummy I am loving it and thanks shefff because this Breakfast is very healthy.
