@@lanahmc7725 i guess but i'm 5'10 so I also have sorta high caloric needs, acording to a calculator my matenence calories are like 2800 but when I eat 800-1000 to put myself in a huge deficit I just get tired and I feel sick and I only loose like 3 pounds a week
@@kytoes eating that little is really harmful for you. Food is fuel, your body will not work without it. Of course you are tired, your body is running on an empty tank. Not eating enough (and especially not eating enough fat) can mess up your hormones badly, you don’t want that. Please eat more, a deficit of around 200-500 calories is absolutely sufficient to lose weight.
Hi Vita, thank you for the recipe. Tonight I made the baked potato as well as the fish but I used Salmon since it's what I have. I didn't see you seasoned the potato so I was wondering if I had to sprinkle a tiny bit of salt and pepper which I did, but with the olive already salty and a well-seasoned Salmon it was a perfect combo. I had a leftover Salad on the side too. It was a great meal. I've been binge-watching your videos and hoping you'll share more of your recipes, it's very helpful and inspiring. @@VitaSidorkinachannel women should not b pressured to get their body back so fast after pregnancy. These ppl who get their body back in a few weeks are setting too high standards for young mothers. I remember how my cousin couldn't get back her old body and was very upset for years because some model did it in weeks. She was always in tears and heartbroken coz she was ultra skinny before her pregnancy and due to post pregnancy complications she couldn't get her body back.
@@travelingismypassionh7486 don't need to focus on getting back to shape. Focus on motherhood. Look at the supermodel who got lipo and is suffering from side effects. Some women get hernias from exercising too much after birth and problems breastfeeding coz they go back to their anorexic diet. Gaining a bit of weight is nothing to worry about.
I can't believe the salad that you make. That's basically exactly what I eat almost everyday. The same exact salad basically, except I don't put corn in mine and I add a few berries and cucumbers and tomatoes, but everything else is the same! I've been eating a big salad like that for years!!

I too am not a breakfast person but they all say it's good for the hormones and metabolism to eat within 1 hour of rising..... I'm also not a snack person, so this video is perfect for me! I'm glad I found your channel
