I think its really cool that youre taking a weight gainjourney. Ive always been overweight so its nice to see the other side. Helps me understand the other perspectives. Also a great role model to show being thin is different than being healthy. Love this!

hey, I feel your pain. recently, I have started to just eat whatever I want when I want (my wallet is crying) I have noticed that I can eat more now so I am hoping by the end of this month, I notice some changes. I should aim to be healthy like you though as I just eat anything.
i struggle gaining weight - like I eat A LOT but I never gain any weight or fat :( , well I gain 1 kilo and then it goes back to my normal weight a day after, like my weight goes back and forth :((
I used to have breakfast like a king but lately my appetite has decreased overall and my breakfast is getting really small. but I still push myself a little to eat because I know I'm going to starve in a couple of hours
For everyone saying theyre doing weightloss. Dont do temporary diets, they only work short term. Pick foods that you actually like that will help you lose weight. Also do research before you do stuff and if you plan on going to the gym have a plan. Dont be that person wandering around the gym wasting time.
Also on a weight gain journey! At the beginning it was a little difficult for me because I wasn't used to eating so much food. Not skipping breakfast really helped! I realized that my appetite was pretty normal, I just refused to listen to my body because work would always get in the way. I had gotten used to the feeling of being hungry; it felt like nothing was wrong! Now that I'm finally giving my body what it wants when it wants it, I feel great. ☀️ I really enjoyed seeing your cat trying to steal your food! 😂 I had a cat once that would swipe my enchiladas right off my plate. Never knew cats loved Mexican food so much.
I love watching you eat Michelle! My parents doesn't know this but I was kinda suffering from an eating disorder 2 yrs ago. Then I started watching your vlogs and I started getting my appetite back! I don't know if it's weird or what but I'm just thankful! Glad I'm following you 💖💖
I used to eat nothing in the morning during hs but when I started college I woke up an hour or more before I had to go and I had more time to eat a small meal.
i know that this comment wont even matter but i hope you do think twice taking those protein shakes. its really not better for your health even the supplements and such.i know many patients at the hospital, who went to taking protein such shakes and went on kidney damage leading to dialysis thereafter taking such:) save yourself and just take all the natural foods not rely on protein shakes and such:)
I always have an appetite either it's breakfast, lunch, dinner or snacks in between. Like i eat SO much i mean can you blame me? Cause i LOVE food like any kind of food super much.

its faster to lose weight but it's more fun to gain weight. I think in one year i gained 3 kg and the past 3 weeks i lost 3 kg. but i enjoyed eating a lot the past year over restricting my diet the past few weeks xD
It's good that you're eating healthy home cooked meals altho you're trying to gain weight lol cause some other people who are trying to gain weight eats junk (i mean if that's your thing goooo but were not going to be young and healthy forevaaa might as well take care yourself while you're still young). And saaaame guurl I never understand people who doesn't eat at morning lol i mean how do you even have the energy all the stuff at the morning with an empty stomach?!?!?!
Ahh if I ate what you ate today I’d gain weight, again. Been at a plateau for my weight loss for quite some time now and it’s upsetting ☹️ but seeing you work for it makes me wanna work harder to lose weight too. Also, may I know what’s the outro song in this video ?
I've seen you consume rice as well as two meals with noodles in a day. Doesn't that disrupt your hormone imbalance therefore putting your skin at risk with acne again?
Your meals are very organiz for me being ateenager at sixteen i just eat all day like i can wake up 4 in the morning and go and eat big bowl of pasta So am trying to make my mealse more organize
I'm on a weight gain journey too and I like watching RU-vid videos like this while I eat, that way I'll eat more lol my belly rolls are already obvious and my arms have more meat now 😄😄😄
I love the way your cat squints at your food ahaha. But my cat is pretty much the same... sadly we have to put her in the other room cause she will literally try to eat anything on the table

[Here binge-watching your old vids! after I got up to date, lol] ]Growing up, I didn't really eat bfast -- like every day when going to school. If I ate I would feel bloated and I couldn't concentrate in class...Idk if it's just me but I really don't like the feeling of "bloatedness" in the morning, esp when I have important things to do like presentations...nah, so I would just have a glass of chocomilk drink or protein shake...But as I get older, it's 50-50, sometimes I would really crave bfast but most of the days I would have brunch or straight-up lunch.

Yyaayyyyyy it's so motivating & inspiring to see someone finally doing a weight gain journey. I've been trying to gain weight too but no matter how much I eat my weight just maintains itself.
i never have an appetite for breakfast, but i still tell myself to eating something because if i don't eat breakfast i starve later in the day and end up overeating 😅
i dont know how some people will take this comment, but I'm glad you're not vegan or vegetarian because you're giving us non vegans/veges hope to eat healthier. Goes to show we dont have to really give up meat in order to be healthy. i literally have no intention of offending anyone.
I get sooo nauseous when I eat before 10 AM. Which was terrible in high school because my mom would make sure I ate a full meal before I went to school and then I would feel sick for an hour. Now in college I try to have breakfast around 11, lunch around 3, and dinner around 7-8 :)
