When I went to gym 10 years ago for gaining muscle mass, trainer came to me and said to take blah blah protein powder brand. So, I tried and believe me it gave me serious headache for next 2 months. Then, I decided to follow natural diet i.e. dahi, rice, chapati, paneer, butter, milk, various Dals, green cooked vegetables etc. Oh boy, I gained 20 kg pure muscle mass weight in next four months and my height is 6 feet. Moreover, my tummy is still flat. I m doing regular strength exercises. My advice, follow Sunny Deol not 🐅 Shroff......
