Hello friends thanks for tuning in 💗 I just moved to a new place so life has been a little hectic but I've finally found some time to sit down and edit this video I filmed after living in my place for a couple of weeks. Hopefully you found some inspo watching and I'll see you back here next week 💌
RECIPES BELOW
✨ Banana Pancakes ✨
2 medium ripe bananas (best when they have lots of brown spots)
2 eggs
1/4 cup greek yogurt
1/2 cup almond milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ½ cups old fashioned rolled oats, gluten free if desired
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon salt
Butter, for cooking
✨ Protein Smoothie ✨
1 whole banana
1 handful of kale and spinach
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 handful of ice
1/3 cup frozen blueberries
1 scoop of Protein Powder
A splash of water for consistency
✨ Quick Tuna Salad ✨
1 tablespoon Mayo
1/2 tablespoon pesto
1 packet of tuna
