Alright Y'all, so I did the HIIT workout for the first time today. It was brutal and fun. Sweated a lot. I will try to update on my progress two weeks from today(May 1st). From what I could gather from Karla's vid, I believe it consists of these exercises(3 sets, 45 secs for each exercise, 15 sec rest): 1. Lunge jump into squat 2.Plyo push-up burpees 3.Foam roller oblique twist into spiders 4.Jump over foam roller and pushup 5.Moving bicycles while holding a band 6.Skate jumps 7.Warrior Kicks *Personally, I did 1:30 rest between each set b/c it was my first time and I am still adjusting to the intensity. Hopefully,Ill get to the point where I only need 15 secs between each set. -Karla is super inspiring with her fitness lifestyle and positivity. I am really grateful that she shared these workouts and some pieces of her daily life. I can't wait to buy pieces from her line and start being an women boss like her :)
