I'm a busy gal and this is what I eat in a week! I always listen to my body and try to fuel it as best as I can with healthy and fresh foods - after a long battle with eating issues, I'm finally in a good place with food and increasing my knowledge about 'food is fuel'. So this week was CHAOS because Killian and I are looking for a new apartment and spent a lot of time out and about which means a lot of eating out this week which wasn't planned and isn't at all like me.
