I eat so much in the mornings it always shocks me when people just have a shake (not saying either is right or wrong!) I have a full on breakfast before work at 6am and then a snack on my break at 11ish then dinner at 2 and then usually just something small when I finish work at 9ish. Honestly I’d be on the floor by 10am😂😭
