Taylah Moore she prepares a lot of her own food. Just look at her what I eat in a day videos. As for the packaging, there’s not much you can do there except use your own produce bags. I mean, it’s not realistic to try to get chicken that’s not in plastic. Or if the berries are in plastic containers, you can’t really take it all out in the grocery store and put in in your own produce bag. Frozen veggies is something I think everyone struggles with, on one hand, they’re usually cheaper and more convenient that fresh, but on the other hand, they’re usually packaged in plastic. When you’re a uni student short on money... 🤷‍♀️ in Sarah’s case, she’s a mom of a newborn who’s still trying to manage her RU-vid channel, her brand, etc.

I love food hauls and 'what I eat in a day' vids!! Gives me inspo. I find motivation and determination for the gym, but always struggle with food. **insert Homer drool face** Healthy eating is more expensive in Oz but Aldi and Costco visits mixed with a normal shop does help. Sunday is now meal prep day!

Da is the beginning of language development for babies. This is why babies typically will say Dada before mom or mama. He will be able to connect the word with the meaning soon. You will know when he uses the term to get kirks or male attention. You are doing an awesome job! keep speaking to him like a person and limit baby talk (limit as in do it but also just speak to him). You will know what is best for your baby!

Guess I'm lucky living in Pennsylvania I can pick my own in July. I usually forage about 10lb a year on an organic blueberry farm. 1.78 lb and freeze for later use. Strawberries too.

Meat and vegetables is about all I eat! Chicken, beef, pork. I also eat eggs and cheese, but I'm going to have to cut out dairy because it's too inflammatory for me. Yes! I am on keto and loving it🙂 I've lost 25 lbs so far, and I've still got about 80 lbs to go. I gained 103 lbs after starting meds for bipolar disorder, and I have now found out that those meds block the "I'm-full-stop-eating" receptors in the brain. Plus they also cause major cravings for carbs and sugar. Keto is the only way I can manage those cravings. I've tried being vegan, but that just results in me feeling hungry all the time, so for me keto is a Godsend.
