I do admire the way you cook your meals from scratch, even after a long, tiring day and I love seeing the unusual (for me anyway) ingredients You really are a domestic goddess!
Same here. The different food items that I've never seen, are really very interesting for folks in another country. I'm in the Midwest of US, & I know my regular stores do not carry lots of things Nami cooks with. Mostly I wonder where she puts all she eats...she looks to be very petite!!
Watching her make her meals is fascinating to me. She’s an artist when it comes to food. So many ingredients that I’m unfamiliar with but she’s a joy to watch. Her videos are lovely and calming 🌸
Always a pleasure to join you in your life for a short time each week. Thank you for the effort you put in to filming and editing your cooking processes, and for taking us on your outings. I held my breath as you ate the noodles wearing your beautiful grey silk blouse. I have to change clothes to eat, or I wear an apron… I’m much messier than you, clearly! I still wonder about whether you meal plan for the week, or just decide each day what to make. I have a lot of problems with my ingredients going bad before I get to them, if I don’t plan. I wonder if your colleagues and friends know about your channel, or might recognise one of your gorgeous outfits? The cat at the end was beautiful and suspicious, with its warm tail wrapped around its feet. Thank you Nami!
Without even realizing it, you are a good teacher. I learn so much from what you eat but what you do for self care. Thank you for your videos. Greetings from Missouri, USA
I LOVE that you share your life and culture with the world!! Sometimes you seem very hard on yourself, but I think you are beautiful and so very talanted!!! Please keep up the great work you do for us all! Love from the United States !!!
Because of NAMI San i bought my first Daikin radish this week but I've no idea what I'm going to do with it. I'm glad to see it in here because it gives me ideas to try
Putting a raw egg yolk & some grated parmesan cheese onto the hot pasta then stirring it in will produce a delicious creamy sauce which will bind to the pasta - almost like a carbonara sauce. You make some delicious dishes Nami. I love home style Japanese cuisine but some ingredients are not easy to come by here in Australia & the restaurants usually have the same basic menu. I have learnt to cook many dishes from watching your videos. Thank you 🥰
Hello Nami and followers…I’ve seen on a vlog by someone else that rice water (after cooking) should be left to cool and then poured on your plants for healthy growth! I have started to do it and waiting for the result 😊 Love to Nami-san ❤
Hi Nami it’s been a little while now but congratulations on your new home ❤ your first one was even sentimental to me through the screen, but I’m happy you grew and needed more space 😊 like a flower blooming into a new stage of life ❤
You have my like always in advance, I love your contents! They stimulate me to take better care of my diet, the preparation of my food and they motivate me to make my home more welcoming and relaxing...🤗🌹
Nami, I admire your cooking abilities. Even with limited ingredients you can create restaurant quality meals. Perhaps one day you may create a cook book? I would buy it. Thank you again for sharing your life with all of us.
Hello, the wine you bought "Gatão" is a Portuguese wine 🇵🇹☺️ our wines are very good I'm glad you shared it in your video.. I hope you enjoyed it 😉 kisses from Portugal
I really love the way you made the titles for each day of the week, it felt like I was in some romantic indie movie ! Thank you for another great video 💖
Hi Nami, today I went to the Japanese sweets store in Manhattan, they had the dolls for the festival just like those you have and I thought of you because I learned about that lovely festival in your channel. I bought Sakura waffles and also matcha sweets, they were all delicious. Thanks for sharing with us the beauty of your country and culture.
I enjoy watching your videos each week. I look forward to them every Saturday morning (east coast of Canada). I enjoy watching you prepare such wonderful meals, all from scratch. You have inspired to keep my house more organized and tidy. My husband, child and I have a large house and it is a lot to do, but it is now a work in progress. A lot of progress has been made, but still lots to go. Thank you for inspiring me to take more pride in our home.
Hi Nami, as always thanks for your videos. For better use in the future, I just wanted to explain that, in Italian, the word "Peperoncino", only means chilli pepper. The base of your dish is instead "Pasta con le cime di rapa", which means pasta with turnip greens.
Aww thank you for another video, Nami. You make my weekends special! I love green asparagus! But here is a tip: you do not need to peel it. Only the white asparagus needs to be peeled. For the green one it is enough to cut the ends off. It will safe you some time. I cannot wait for it to be in season here in Germany! I will eat so much!
The hinaraare dessert looks just like rice crispy treats here in the USA. Every child loves them as a sweet snack. Great video, hope the spring sunshine comes soon!
Nami, I look forward to your videos each week. You do such a great job of making us feel welcome in your home. You always motivate me to be more organized and to make the most of my time. Plus, I'm always so hungry after I watch! You are an excellent cook! If the food you prepare tastes half as good as it looks....yum!!! Although...I don't like tomatoes very much. 😅
I live alone too but man, I appreciate how you really take the time to clean up and cook. I always feel like running out of time all the time to do these things, I just want to hit the bed asap.
@@LauraLasan69 I'm sorry but I'm not a japanese. I know a little japanese, that's how I chose my username. Also, "extremely rude towards foreigners" is an incredibly brainwashed statement. You made assumptions based on other people's experiences. Not all people (much less the Japanese) are like that. Each individual is different, whether in west or east. There will always be rude people. In fact, we in asia, generally don't want to bother foreigners (but especially the very western looking ones), because mentally we have made them "special" pedestals due to foreign movies/cultures/oddities. Btw I was born on 1996 too. God bless and have a good day.
@@user-me3hn6mj5j idk man my comment is totally based on the reviews i got from the internet. I haven't been there but Tokyo is my fav place and will definitely go one day 🤟
Hi, this was your most interesting video for me, you preparing all the dishes and the great pics of the water so very serene and peaceful , thank you for keeping me alive .
Thank you, Nami, for another enjoyable video. I love seeing the dishes you make abd how to make them. I will need to find potato starch and oyster sauce (unless another sort of flour and fish sauce would do). I hope you are liking your vertical storage of your cookware! It looks so much easier than digging through a cabinet! Looking forward to next week's video!
Привет дорогой друг ,как дела?😍 Буду очень рада посетить канал моей дочери youtube.com/@Mobinalife и если вам понравилось подписывайтесь на канал 👆🏻🥰😍вы делаете ее очень счастливой

I adore your videos. I've been watching since ~2020 whilst seeking entertainment during the pandemic. I've enjoyed watching you move into a larger space. I'm so delighted to see the return of the kitty bits at the end of your videos. Thank you for creating and sharing!
An aspect of life in Tokyo that really appeals to me - the whole enormous city is accessible without a car (!) via the excellent public transportation system and safe, walkable neighborhoods.
Hi Nani - did you know that you can freeze fresh coriander/cilantro leaves and stems and than portion out what you need when wanted- I do this all the time as while cilantro is inexpensive where I live, it doesn’t last long so it’s nice to have it readily available to n the freezer😊
Hello Nami! What a nice surprise! You bought a bottle of portuguese white "vinho verde" (green whine). It's a kind of light wine, served shilled and very appreciated in summer with grilled fish, clams, crabs and shrimp. Gatão (big cat) is one of the brands of Vinho Verde. This kind of wine is produced in the north of Portugal and in Galicia, in Spain. Cheers!
