Yes please. I like to know how this diet is going and what you're preparing. I need to go back to your previous video for how to make those treats. I'm the same with coffee. I don't know why I find it so comforting, but I don't drink it for the caffeine either. Have you felt hungry on this diet? Or are you getting enough fat to get you through to the next meal? These foods look pretty keto, so maybe that's reducing your hunger

Yeah I miss coffee for the comfort flavor so much! But I'm actually not hungry most of the time, it does feel very similar to keto! I think I'm getting so much fat I feel satiated, because I could eat a million bowls of soup if I wanted, there aren't any restrictions to how much I'm allowed to eat, but I'm always so full after only one bowl, and I don't even snack.

I'm very interested in seeing more weeks of this diet! Also could you make a video showing which store bought products you use and where you source your meat from? I know everything is supposed to be organic, raw, and grass fed. Sometimes it's hard to find those things easily.

How was this mentally? Does knowing you're building up to more help with the restrictions?? Good luck! Glad you're already feeling better on it.

From other restrictive diets I've been on, this seems to be a bit easier because of knowing I'm getting to incorporate more and more foods every few days. It's easier to go "one day at a time" instead of knowing that all 18-30 days I'd be eating soup. However, I'm very weight motivated, so if I hadn't lost any weight at all, I probably wouldn't be able to continue. I wish I weren't that way, but weightloss is a huge motivator for me. The hardest thing is not having coffee... I don't necessarily mind the foods I'm eating.

Are you hungry? Craving? Can you have as much volume food as you want? It seems like you are naturally eating waaayy less calories doing this.

It did start working with some slow weightloss, but I need deeper healing, and so decided to actually get my gut health under control instead of just a quick band aid fix. There actually is a keto gaps protocol if people need to do that (and a carnivore one too)!

Thank you! He is only eating dinners with us since he is away at work for other meals, and he does mostly low carb at work with focusing on just meats and veggies. I'm doing this mostly for myself, and then just offer the foods I have to Alvin and Alice, but don't force them to do the protocol with me.

@jacqiewheeler i actually have the gaps protcol books that I used several years ago, seeing your videos have made me think maybe I do need to revisit my gut health as I am also 11 month post partum and some gut and auto immune issues are starting to play up again. So thanks so much for these videos
