2 pieces of toasted sourdough bread
1/4 - 1/3 cup of liquid vegan egg
1 tbsp of chili crunch
toppings: avocado, red onion, sweet pepper sauce, crushed seaweed
Dragon fruit smoothie
1 cup of frozen dragon fruit
1/2 cup of frozen blueberries
1/2 frozen banana
1 scoop of super food blend
1 scoop of protein powder
1 scoop of moringa powder
1 scoop of ashwagandha
1 cup of plant milk
