first what i eat in a week in the new apartment! excited to be back to regular filming. I will continue to edit the vietnam vlogs so don't worry there is more to come!
the food and drinks:
6:31 - Vietnamese coffee
8:51 - homemade strawberry milk
10:05 - spicy garlic edamame
13:00 - Korean rice bowl / Bibimbap with beyond meat
16:13 - eggs with cheese and bacon and hashbrowns
17:51 - brunch
18:13 - tuna gimbap with the leftovers from the bibimbap
21:10 - baking brownie cookies like a pizookie
22:15 - my favorite/go-to salad
22:53 - making coffee with my Nespresso
23:48 - Tex-mex for dinner
25:13 - egg sandwich
28:21 - baking cornbread
29:46 - pizza from dominoes
32:21 - cold tofu for dinner

celine, i know how traumatizing food-related illness can be. it’s so hard to see food the same. it’s definitely a process. you’ll get through it day by day, one meal at a time! we love to see you back and happy and of course healthy!

jiffy cornbread mix is so good and add a small can of cream corn to the mix so you can get the little corn chunks!! been using that for years and its never failed me

Jiffy’s cornbread mix is the best! If you like it more savory add a quarter stick of butter (per box you use) and if you want it a little sweeter add brown sugar and honey! I hope you try it lol

I love cornbread and crave it all the time! I miss my grandmothers, she had her secret ingredients that made it so good I could eat a pan! Put a little sugar in the mix and top with honey butter.

I relate so much! The last time i’ve had food poisoning was bad, and it was during school hours lol. Nowadays, I CANNOT eat anything that smells or taste like whatever that got me food poisoning that day. If I smell or taste something similar, my body will reacts very badly even though I felt super healthy moments before.

food poisoning is the worst!!! I remember when I got it years ago. my mom gave it to me on one thanksgiving (she didnt cook the bird all the way). when I confronted her she said I was being dramatic even tho i saw the blood in the Turkey and so did she. I could not eat Turkey for 3 thanksgivings 😣

I had food poisoning from a lettuce wrapped burger. It's been almost 2 years and I still pick at my lettuce and am scared to eat it most of the time if I'm not the one that washed it.
