When you were saying about how you’ve learned to live with yourself and love yourself even when you’re alone i really felt that. I’ve had a really difficult past couple years and i have really transformed into someone i wouldn’t have recognised. While i haven’t fully learnt how to love myself unconditionally and completely ,i’ve improved. And like you said ,i’ve learnt how to love and truly appreciate the little things in life. Time will pass by otherwise and it already does pass in a blink of an eye so you have to pause every now and then.
I love when you make videos on what you eat in a week, as someone with an eating disorder it's so refreshing and helpful to see someone with a good balance with food :)
Definitely, her boyfriend is one lucky guy. And her mom... As beautiful as the daughter, and her meals look delicious... I've been living alone for already 5 years and I miss my mom's meals :')

After you finish watching all the Seasons of Gilmore Girls, they have Gilmore Girls: A year in the life. It’s 1 season with 4 long episodes. I think it might be on Netflix
Hey Sophia! Your channel is the best. You enjoy the little things, your content is amazing and effortless at the same time. Thank God I discovered youuu. Your videos are a blessing to my mental health. Always stay the same💟
Thanks for the positive thought, it helps a lot for those people who sometimes feel unsatisfied to what they have in life/where they are in life, better to see the glass as half full..::))
Love the greek food plate yum! I love how you mention what you did accomplish because I felt very much the same. Some days I felt like I did nothing but than realize cooking became a huge part of something I got better at this year/last year and also like you say- realizing you don't need much to feel content :) I was 110% with you on those accomplishments and realizations. speaking of books- I'd love another book related video from you :)

Could you try to eat like pamela reif for a week. She has her own app, called pamapp. There‘s a weekly plan of what she‘s eating and the recipes (My english is not the best)
Love when you share your book picks! If you haven't already read Kitchen by Banana Yoshimoto or The Traveling Cat Chronicles by Hiro Arikawa, I definitely recommend them. They're short and sweet.
