Hi guys ✿
welcome to my very first "what I eat in a week" video. In todays video, join me as I make some homemade meals and also eat some yummy fast foods here and there. I enjoy a balanced diet and usually eat intuitively. I like to try and gets lots of fruits and veggies in my day and also a variety of colors for a wide range diet. I try to get most of my protein from seafood or vegetarian sources but I do love my meats at times. My go-to grocery shopping places are sprouts and trader joes. P.S I cannot wait for the Trader Joe's fall snacks omg...
I did want to mention I do suffer from IBS/acid reflux. I occasionally get flare ups from anxiety (clearly not flaring right now lol) but this causes my diet to change depending on how I'm feeling. Lately, I've been feeling great and have been able to eat almost anything without feeling ill after! Occasionally, I do follow a low fodmap ishhh diet when I'm going through a flare up. Maybe sometime in the future I can film what that looks like and what meals I make for myself!
