I skipped whole grain brown bread in breakfast, as a result i got more fair but loose, saggy skin, but again since i have added whole grain bread just 1 toast i have noticed thatmy skin has become more tight n i look younger surprisingly.

Never heat flex seeds and yes grind them to get all nutritions . I usually have the same omelet but with mushrooms and spinach . And I put 1 tbs of grinded flex seeds on my toast . And I also drink one glass of warm water with apple cider vinger, chia seeds and honey half an hour before breakfast .
@@muhammadrafay1693 You can get both from any pansaar store or even from any shopping Mall ,grocery section . Use seed for good health ,also take pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds . Rich in Omega 3 👍

juggan ap ki yeh bat mujhe pasand hai that u are always yourself. you don't pretend. and you are right we should not overtreat our ingredients. they lose thies vitamens that way.

Anytime I have tried it shredded in my regular dough , 1 cup beetroot and one cup flour chakki ka ..really it's yummy. Always add some veggies in dough preferably half of total .

Hey juggn I just want you to know, eating raw/unsoaked almonds can lead to serious health issues, as there is an antinutritional factor in almond peel, it hinders the absorption of certain minerals into our blood stream so its wise to soak almonds over night, peel them off n then eat.
