I don't know how but she brings me so much happiness and motivation just by being herself. I hope she continues to do what she does because it helps me more than I could ever imagine. I have never meet her yet I trust her so much. I appreciate and luv what you do here on RU-vid

I am such an unhealthy eater... but I really want to turn my life around and start eating healthy. Seeing this video motivates me and I’m so excited to see more videos on meal prepping and recipes!!! 💕

Yes this was great robin. I love how you didn’t vilify white potatoes. A tip is to precook them and then either eat cold or reheat later if you would like the starch content to be reduced. I learnt this from Liz Earle when she was discussing that even diabetics can enjoy potato this way.

Robin! You HAVE to try Wild Planet tuna! Not sure if they have it by you, but they're sustainably sourced. The tuna caught is smaller and younger, so the mercury content is much lower. They are cooked in their natural juices so the nutrients stay within the can. Once I learned about them, I've been hooked!!!!

Yes, cannot wait for the meal videos. It's hard for me to follow haul videos prefer to see meal ideas :). I feel that the ingredients make more sense once everything is put together.

After years of letting myself go and eating over 2000 calories a day, purely from junk food, I’m now on the fitness train! I’m tracking my macros and workouts, and I’ve discovered that if I’m only eating healthy l, wholesome foods and fruits and veggies, then I’m ONLY eating around 700-800 calories a day, and I’m barely hitting 60 grams of protein a day. I am fairly sedentary but I’ve been trying to work out 4x a week and hit around 7000 steps a day, but I’m just struggling with eating enough. It was easy before because a piece of pizza is like 300 calories, cookies and junk food are like 500 calories for small portions, so that’s where I was getting my calories from. But because meat, veggies and fruits don’t really have a ton of calories, I’m struggling. This was super helpful for some meal ideas!!

Danika Larsen Who is the author?? I will check it out! Right now I’m trying to discipline myself and just get into the routine of eating healthier and eliminating junk foods, snacks, sweets, and sodas. I’ve been eating unhealthy for a long time now so I’m trying to get into a good routine and learn how to properly portion my proteins, carbs and fats. I also need to lose about 50lbs now, but I’d love to get to the point where I can eat intuitively! But for now I guess I’m trying to just jumpstart my journey and form good habits. 💕

“If you guys don’t like fresh fruits or vegetables, I actually feel really sad for you” 😂😂💀 Love that. To go with the way you feel about mango, I get that with cucumber! But I still eat it 🙈 why do we do this to ourselves!? Hahaha Kiwi and ginger are staples in my diet. Heck yes! Also those glasses you’re wearing at the end are FIRE!!! 🔥 I NEED. Where are they from and are they prescription ??

Janielle Miclat nutrition is key to leaning out. Working out speeds up the process but a calorie deficit is the only way to reduce fat.

I am really trying to build myself back up and I am really good when I’m on track and have something to follow it’s when I don’t feel like I’m enough or seeing enough change that I get very discouraged and I want to help other people like me, being a mom certain people and things make me feel good about myself and I would love to eventually become an ambassador but I know I have so much work to do and to get there is just sounding more overwhelming but my main goal is to help others like me understand that IT IS possible

K green kiwi is sour, but just let them stay at room 3,4 fews days, it will less sour & have a bit sweeter before you eat or put in freeze!!! i did that all time & green kiwi get ripped more, less sour!!! Green kiwi is yummy if you eat right way k cheaper in my country. Yellow golden kiwi is the best, more sweet but it expensive to compare green kiwi in my country

Mix some of your favorite protein powder (I normally do chocolate flavored) with the coconut yogurt and it’s so good!! Tastes like dessert! And I put some berries on top 😋😋

I am the same! Too many movements make me dizzy. I have motion sickness, I can't really travel by car or planes, cars are the worst for me. I usually fast whenever I need to travel by car. No water, no food. I once enter a museum with some digital waves displayed on a wall. Had to leave

Basically all these animal products can be replaced with cruelty free products so we can eliminate suffering from our food! You often mention minimizing the amount of animal products or the harmful parts to the animal products you have (mercury in fish, nitrates, etc.) and you can take that out completely! Also soy is not unhealthy at all! If you’re worrying about the phytoestrogens, you don’t need to bc you’re not a plant so it won’t harm you! The hormones in animal products most likely will though. Meg hey! I appreciate the advice but actually I can not replace these things with my specific case and food sensitivities, I have done my research and I’ve tried going vegan twice. The soy 100% does affect me in the same way excess animal estrogen does. Based on studies I ran a calculation and although phytoestrogens are not as potent as estrogen, when consumed in high enough quantities which is extremely easy when you have soy products like tofu and tempeh, it’s equivalent to more than a glass of milk a day. Once soy is eliminated, the protein source left is beans and legumes. I cannot have more than 50g of beans a day without experiencing severe bloating and cramps. At that point I’d be existing off of vegetables and grains, and I would not be able to eat a healthy diet with enough calories. Not everyone has the privilege and luxury of going completely plant based without experiencing symptoms, so I’d count yourself lucky :)

Hi Robin ❤️ I didn’t like sugar free jams either until I discovered ‘St Dalfour’ Fruit Spread. You can find them in most supermarkets and they are absolute delicious, they also do them in many flavours 🤗 and the best thing is that they are made of 100% natural fruit. Anyway, love your videos xx

okay, so im vegan and it's only been a couple months and I've been trying to loose a ton of belly fat. i also cut out soy and gluten because they make me bloated. i just feel like i have nothing left to eat:( am I being too restrictive? any advice???

Madison Moceri I can relate! that’s how I felt and why I decided to change my diet to what it is now. I eat small amounts of meat. The truth is, white (avoid red meats as much as possible) is easy to digest and easy on the gut! So it’s a good option for people who suffer with intolerances. But of course your diet is entirely up to you 💜
