OMG 😱!!!!!!!!! When I went to Paris a few years ago, I wanted to go to the original Chanel store. I got lost 😞 and by the time I found the store it was closed. I literally cried! I had saved my money for a wallet or cardholder. I have been planning on going back to Paris ever since. Watching your London & Paris video made my heart ♥️ melt. Thank you for making me smile! The Chanel purse with mirrors and tweed pattern is absolutely gorgeous. The Isabel Marant vests, the lamb vest from Paris. the gray down jacket, the chocolate MaxMara Teddy Coat , the leather white crop coat, the boots are all fabulous purchases. I’ve been to London a few times and absolutely in love with the lifestyle and shopping . I didn’t make it to Paris, but it’s on my bucket list

My favorite for shopping are definitely Paris and Rome. Our first trip after we retired was Sicily and it was in January. I got a mui mui bag and Prada shoes, everything was on sale I still wear both of them and that was years ago. They were my first ever designer accessories and love them so much. Definitely depends on the sector you’re entering. Not a lot of workers protections here, so unless you’re entering an in-demand industry, benefits and pay can be subpar to just plain shitty.

@@negativelyevil that actually makes me feel better. The pandemic really did effect so many jobs here, it's hard some days to get motivated when our government keeps talking of another lockdown. The cost of rent is going sky high here, food has gone up, gas stations prices too, yet wages still haven't gone up and lots of jobs advertised in lots of sectors yet they aren't actually hiring they are just putting feelers out it seems. Anyways. Enough doom and gloom, it has to get better. But it is kinda nice to hear the reality that moving to America isn't necessarily the answer either. Oh I'm a commercial photographer BTW 😕

I've bought Max Mara coats for 25 years, and as a Canadian, coats matter! They last forever, both in style and quality. I have the first MM coat I ever got, a bone coloured swing coat that looks new and I still get compliments on. I don't love the Teddy...too bulky for my taste, but whatever your style, they are forever coats!
