Omg!!! I can soo relate to everything you mentioned from Mexican ingredients, the spam (I’m Navajo and that’s a big delicacy among indigenous). I saw many of those at our HMart opening in Mesa, Arizona. Got excited about the bulogi meat. I’m going back later for stuff. I saw the bakery and want my birthday cake from there tomorrow.
