You are a star, Han. Moving her was a great decision. Having the indoor will help so much in the winter! And all that you have done researching her PSSM has clearly paid off. Affie is very lucky to have you!!! ❤❤❤
The nosey side of me loves vlogs like this just watching what people get up to 😂 Affie is looking really well and a lot happier! That yard is lovely and seems to suit her well. Xx
Loved the vlog Han and lovely to see your pony so chill!! Can you tell me where you get your hay bags from please ? We haven’t got anything like them here in NZ ! Please & thanks, they look super handy ☺️
Han, having a complicated pony and respecting the fact that sometimes, no matter how great our seat can be, we can still be chucked on the ground is nothing to be embarrassed about. I wear a body protector 24/7 on any horse including my own just because it gives me some peace of mind. I've broken my spine before (not horsey related) and I simply cannot chance anything happening without some sort of protection on. If we feel the need to step off of a pony for any reason, we should! We can always then reassess and go from whatever the next safe step is. If anyone judges you for that, well, they shouldn't be so quick to cast stones in my opinion. Love seeing Affie so settled and you both happy with the new arrangements. Can't wait for your next video! 💛
Oh I absolutely agree with you! However Aff would do the tiniest spook and I’d get off. Which was teaching her really bad habits. The spooks weren’t going to get me off and weren’t malicious in anyway. She was simply just having a little spooky at something but I was making it into a huge issue by getting off. I’d still absolutely get off if I felt uncomfortable but like I explained in the video. It just makes me think ‘am I actually in danger, if yes I should get off’ but most of the time I’m not in danger xx
Girlie, you need multiple wellies and Equidry coats! Pit the word out for Birthday and Christmas pressies. Keep a set in the car and a set at your barn and one at home. Call it a mental health expense.
Thought I should let you know that my Wild purchase that I bought with your discount code has arrived and is awesome. The first shipment didn't arrive and Wild sent me another one as soon as they found out. Enjoyed spending the week with you.
you feed 11 and had to check, i feel your pain i feed 24 with supplements and its a nightmare because we dont have buckets for every one, we only 2 for the horses that get alot, its a nightmare
Han, sorry to be a pain what brand is your purple mucking out fork from? The one you used in your trailer. It looks perfect for cleaning out the annoying grooves in the mats. Xx
Not a pain at all!! It is really really handy for the trainer, annoyingly it's the yards so I don't know where it's from. Any metal horse fork should work though! X
She’s so sweet isn’t she!! Aff is fed, ulcer lite chaff, speedi beet, vitamin E, premier performance cleaner and gastro premier, salt and roboxin for the tying up x
Hey! How did you go about getting so many clients (as such) to work for? if that makes any sense, looking to get into grooming again for a little bit as it’s the only thing i’m happy with doing on a day to day basis but wouldn’t know how to find so many people that need their horses done😅 love your videos 🥰 xx
I think it’s definitely easier to get clients in the winter. Nobody wants to do their horses in the dark and wet after work in the winter. I think summer is harder but I’ve already build up my client base in the winter ready for summer. I just put a message on a horse group and then it was all word of mouth. Most my clients know each other and recommended me xx
@@NohorsehanI completely agree with you! Horses sleep on grass/mud/dry, hard ground or wet ground … the mats act like the ground and support the horse, the bedding is helpful too but is there also for urine and droppings 😊
