I have a clicky jaw too but usually when I eat certain foods! Its caused by teeth grinding at night usually happens if your stressed etc. I now have a mouth gaurd I wear at night to stop me grinding my teeth/clenching my jaw and it helps! might be worth trying? Love your spiritual side btw I’m into crystal healing too 😊

I wish I seen this video before Xmas for ideas on teen pressies I love to watch videos to get ideas for my teenage daughters , I done well for Christmas pressies for my girls seen this vlog and seen how much more pretty pressies there is out there to get for them thank you .... I got my daughter the Angelic Swarovski set and omg it was soooo expensive but I made sure she knew it was her main gift , my goal for 2024 is too save , gone tru hard times makes me so grateful and blessed for the simplest things . Confused as you said at the start you didn’t ask for anything but then most of items said you did. Secondly how much doesn’t the average 15 year old spend on gifts? I don’t want to seem a Debbie downer but if you have a dog or a cat.. my memory isn’t the best but Himalayan salt lamps are actually poisonous to them.. so you would have to be extremely careful.. I had one last Christmas and when I found out I’ve not been able to have it out because I have 3 cats and we allow them in whatever room they want in the house and its just not worth the hassle just in case… just a heads up but if you had a pet it may not go upstairs but I feel better to say and settle my mind x
